GENERAL INFORMATION

You can return your item in the same way, either through our exchange and returns portal or in person at our physical store located at C/ Jorge Manrique 11, 28006 Madrid. (Returns to this address must be made in person. We will not accept returns sent by mail to this address).
The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for your purchase, or to your purchase card, so you can enjoy it again online or at the mentioned point of sale*.
*The purchase card cannot be used on items from The IQ Collection. It is only valid for products from The IQ Home Collection.
The customer has 14 calendar days to request a return from the date of receipt of the order. This date will be the one shown on the delivery note.
*For purchases made from November 26th onwards, the return period will be extended until January 12th.

In mainland Spain, the return shipping cost is €6. Please note that an additional €1 fee will be charged for each item returned from your order. If, after processing a return, you wish to return another item from the same order, please be aware that this second transaction, even though it's from the same order, will incur an additional return shipping fee. All of this will be reflected during the return process on our exchanges and returns platform.
You can also manage your return from anywhere in the world. You can check the return shipping cost from your country when you're processing the return. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
For returns of our wicker furniture, due to its size, a surcharge of €20 will be applied to the usual return cost.
Our Wallpaper collection does not accept exchanges or returns.
For hygiene and return policy reasons, swimsuits can only be exchanged for a different size if they are in the same condition as when purchased and retain the protective sticker. Returns are not permitted for this item. Purchases made at our physical store cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items purchased at our physical store located at C/Jorge Manrique 11, Madrid, are not eligible for a cash refund. Exchanges for a different size or another item of equal or greater value are permitted within 14 calendar days. If a refund is requested, it will be issued as a store credit card, redeemable at our physical store or online. This card cannot be used for The IQ COLLECTION products or on their website.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Remember that the items are your responsibility until the package is handed over to our courier. We are not responsible for the receipt of packages outside of office hours.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging, along with all its accessories and labels. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for items that do not meet these conditions or that show signs of any type of handling or misuse, such as dirt or general damage. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer without a refund.
We are committed to providing a satisfactory shopping experience, so we accept returns within the established period and under the conditions detailed above.
However, in order to prevent misuse of the returns system, we reserve the right to monitor accounts that exhibit a pattern of recurring returns.
In the event that we identify behaviors that may be considered fraudulent or contrary to the legitimate use of the service, we reserve the right to limit or deny future returns, after analyzing the case.

GENERAL INFORMATION
If you make your purchase online, you can request up to two size or item exchanges within 14 days of your order's delivery date. In mainland Spain, the first exchange is free. You can request a second exchange if needed; this will incur a reduced shipping fee. The second exchange is final and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. You can only receive a gift card* to redeem on our website or at our physical store located at Calle Jorge Manrique 11, 28006 Madrid.
You can also request your exchange from insular Spain and Europe, in this case with a shipping cost that will be calculated according to your location and you will see it reflected on the platform when you request your exchange.
If you wish to purchase another item of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to you as a gift card*. If, on the other hand, the new item you choose is of a higher value, you can pay the difference with your payment card via the link we will send you.
*Exchanges for items from The IQ Collection are not permitted, nor can your gift card be used on these products. It will only be

If you make your exchange online, you will not be able to add more items to that new order; you can only request a single item to proceed with the exchange.

When the item arrives at our facilities and is checked by our warehouse team, we will generate a new order with the new size or new item requested and send it to you as soon as possible.
