EXCHANGES and returns online

  • We cannot make changes online. If you need another size, color or product, you can make a new purchase and return what you don't want so we can process the refund.

  • You can return your order taking into account the following conditions:

You have 14 calendar days for a financial refund from the receipt of your purchase. After these 14 days and up to 30 days, you can purchase a store coupon to enjoy it again on our official website. This date will be the one that appears on the delivery note.

The financial refund will be made in the same payment method in which the purchase was made.

In Spain the cost of the return will be 5 euros.

You can return your order for free at our point of sale.

You can also manage your international return. You can check the cost of the return from your country, when you are carrying out the process. This amount will be deducted from the refund to be made.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS PHYSICAL POINT OF SALE

At our IQHOME point of sale located at C/Jorge Manrique, 11, in Madrid:

  • You can request a size change or another product within 14 calendar days. The new product requested must be of the same amount or higher.

  • We do not make economic returns* . If you wish to return a product purchased at this point of sale, you can do so within 14 days. You will get a store coupon to enjoy it again at this same point of sale.

* The IQ Collection clothing and accessories available at this point of sale do not accept financial returns. You can acquire a coupon within 14 calendar days, to enjoy it again on the products in our showroom. This coupon cannot be redeemed for The IQ Home products.

Remember that the items are under your responsibility until the package is delivered to our courier in case of online purchases, or until you take it to the point of sale where you purchased your purchase, in case of purchase in a physical store.

The item must be in its original condition and packaging. As well as all its accessories and labels. It is very important to maintain the packaging since it is the customer's responsibility that the product is returned well protected. Returns will not be accepted for products that do not meet these conditions or have been used.

Once the product is received in our warehouse, and after approval that the product has been received in perfect condition, you will receive your refund or store coupon.

In the event that the item has some type of defect or defect, the time to communicate the same via email at info@theiqhomecollection.com is 24/48 hours from the time the order is received. After checking it, we will proceed to collect the defective item and send a new one in perfect condition. If we do not have stock of said product for its replacement, the order will be fully refunded.
