TERMS OF SERVICE

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to the services offered by ATISACAL SL . Any service provided by ATISACAL SL necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Services Provided by ATISACAL SL , in force on the day the corresponding services are carried out. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the service provided, except in those cases in which new conditions are brought to the attention of the Client by the ATISACAL SL workshop. The fact that ATISACAL SL does not resort at any given time to any of these conditions cannot be interpreted as nor will it be equivalent to waiving the right to resort to them in the future or in the past.

The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to this.

TAXES
A 21% VAT rate will be applied to all our services, in accordance with applicable regulations.

PRICES AND SHIPPING
The prices for services provided by ATISACAL SL will be in euros. The VAT applicable on the day the service is provided must be added to these prices. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of ATISACAL SL 's services. Regarding shipping, the established prices are as follows:

Free shipping on orders over 160 EUR (mainland and Portugal). Delivery within 1–4 business days.
Standard Shipping (orders under 160 EUR): 5.95 EUR. Home delivery in 1–4 business days (mainland and Portugal).
Express Shipping: 7.95 EUR. Home delivery in 1-2 business days (mainland and Portugal).
Shipping to Europe, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 15.00 EUR. Home delivery in 3–5 business days.

Unfortunately, we currently only ship internationally within Europe, excluding the Canary Islands and the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are approximate. Any delays or problems with the shipment should be reported to the courier company responsible for the shipment. ATISACAL SL will do its best to assist and resolve the matter. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@theiqhomecollection.com .

PAYMENT METHODS
The accepted payment methods are: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. ATISACAL SL is not responsible for any errors that may occur with electronic payment methods, which will be resolved as quickly as possible.

USER REGISTRATION
To subscribe to our newsletter, we will request your personal information to generate your customer profile. This information will be protected under the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights. Only persons over 18 years of age may register. Users may unsubscribe from this service at any time, directly from the newsletter or by contacting us at info@theiqhomecollection.com .

WEB USE LICENSE
ATISACAL SL offers you a limited, revocable license to access and use our website in accordance with these Terms of Use. This license does not include the right to collect or use information from the website for purposes prohibited by us, such as competing with ATISACAL SL , using ATISACAL SL content in any way, or saving a partial or total copy of our websites.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
As a customer, you can always contact info@theiqhomecollection.com to submit any complaints, suggestions, or claims arising from our services. To facilitate processing, we ask that you always provide us with the invoice number. We are committed to responding to requests within 15 business days from the date they are properly received.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We disclaim any liability for damages of any kind that may arise from the lack of availability or continuity of operation of our websites. We also decline any liability arising from the misuse or improper use of our products.

CHANGES TO THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify any aspect of these Terms and Conditions, including our prices, accepted designs, or objectionable content.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Regarding the resolution of any disputes, the parties agree to submit to the consumer arbitration established by law, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply. For any other dispute that may arise and is not subject to mandatory arbitration, the parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
