Orders are prepared every business day from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Orders will be sent to the address provided by the customer. IQ HOME COLLECTION does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being inaccurate, incomplete or false or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the user or the retention of the product in Customs.
If customs detains the package, the recipient will have to bear the handling costs. This condition is accepted upon completion of the purchase. In those cases in which the item has arrived at its destination and the customer rejects the customs and management payment, this amount will be deducted from the return of the product.
In no case is IQ HOME COLLECTION responsible for the payment of customs management or the taxes derived from them.

Shipping to Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal:
- Free shipping (orders over 140 EUR). Delivery within 1 – 4 working days.
- Standard Shipping (orders under 140 EUR) 5.95 EUR. Home delivery in 1 – 4 business days.
- Express Shipping 7.95 EUR (mainland only). Home delivery in 1 – 2 working days.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and
Melilla:
- Price: 16.00 EUR. Home delivery 3 – 5 working days.
Shipping to Europe:
- Price: 30.00 EUR. Home delivery 3 – 5 working days.

Unless there are circumstances arising from the customization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances arise, we will send your order consisting of the products listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the timeframe indicated on the website according to the shipping method selected.
Delivery times are approximate. Any delays or problems with the shipment should be contacted by the courier company responsible for the shipment. ATISACAL SL will do its best to assist and resolve the issue.
