GENERAL INFORMATION
Orders are prepared every weekday from Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Orders will be sent to the address provided by the customer. IQ HOME COLLECTION assumes no responsibility when the product delivery fails to take place as a consequence of the data provided by the user being inaccurate, incomplete or false, or when delivery cannot be made due to causes beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the user or the retention of the product in Customs.
If customs retains the package, the recipient will be responsible for the handling fees. This condition is accepted upon making the purchase. In cases where the item has arrived at its destination and the customer refuses to pay the customs and handling fees, this amount will be deducted from the product refund.
In no case will IQ HOME COLLECTION be responsible for paying for customs clearance or any taxes derived from it.
SHIPPING RATES
Below is a breakdown of shipping prices and delivery times:
Shipping to Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal:
- Free shipping (orders over 140 EUR). Delivery within 1–4 business days.
- Standard Shipping (orders under 140 EUR) 5.95 EUR. Home delivery in 1-4 business days.
- Express shipping 7.95 EUR (peninsula only). Home delivery in 1-2 business days.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
- Price: 16.00 EUR. Home delivery 3–5 business days.
Shipping to Europe:
- Price of 30.00 EUR. Home delivery 3-5 business days.
Shipping to the United Kingdom:
- Fee of 30.00 EUR. Home delivery 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES
Unless there are circumstances arising from the customization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order consisting of the products listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the website according to the selected shipping method.
Delivery times are approximate. For any delays or problems with the shipment, please contact the courier company responsible for the transport, without prejudice to ATISACAL SL doing everything in its power to assist and resolve the matter.
