SUMMER DESSERT WITH MYKA

Natalia, founder of Myka, prepares a simple and delicious recipe featuring her unmistakable Greek yogurt.

INGREDIENTS:
A tub of Myka Greek yogurt
3 small meringues
2 fresh figs
Walnuts and pistachios
A drizzle of honey
4 cherries

1. We place our three meringues on the plate.
2. We submerged two spoons of hot water to help us mold the yogurt.
3. Take a little Greek yogurt and gently transfer it from one spoon to another, rounding the shape. Make 3 units.
4. We place it on the plate around the meringues.

5. We cut the fresh figs into 4 pieces and place them to decorate the plate.
6. We decorate with crunchy nuts around the plate.
7. We let the golden honey slowly drip, enveloping each ingredient.
8. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and add a few thin slices of cherry.
